π» Primary Responsibilities
π Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide remote and on-site technical software support for Circle's imaging products
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, analyzing, categorizing, and prioritizing problems
- Understand customer infrastructure and provide recommendations for performance, system capacity, and business continuity
π Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Document customer feedback and issues using the ticketing system
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of support tools and documentation
- Maintain an excellent knowledge of Circle's product suite and the field of cardiovascular imaging
π€ Customer Interaction & Escalation
- Handle pre- and post-sales situations promptly and consistently

π Skills & Qualifications
π Education
- Real-world support/IT experience is mandatory
- An IT-focused technical diploma or similar is preferred

- At least 5 years of experience in previous support roles, preferably within the medical imaging sector
- Experience with cardiology and/or radiology workflows is desirable, as is experience with Magnetic Resonance and Computed Tomography (CT) systems
- Familiarity with medical industry software and hardware, including DICOM and PACS, is highly desirable
