💻 Primary Responsibilities

• Project Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration: Lead projects, collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and propose appropriate cloud hosting options for new ICT systems
• Cloud Migration & Administration: Support the organization's Cloud Migration Plan, plan, design, and set up infrastructure and resources in NYP's Cloud environment, and administer cloud infrastructure in compliance with security policies
• Endpoint Device Management: Provide centralized administration and management of endpoint devices, including monitoring with endpoint security controls such as antivirus management

Education: Relevant qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related discipline

Experience:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in an End-user Computing environment
• Familiar with systems, OS, and technologies in the following areas: Anti-virus, Disk encryption, patch management, Windows 10 desktop management tools, Windows GPOs, AD/AAD
• At least 3 years' experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud administration

Required Skills:

• Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
