- Incident Response & Post-Mortem: Lead incident response and post-mortem processes to foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Tool Development & Improvement: Design, build, and improve internal tools and automation software to enhance production service maintenance
- Reliability-Focused Practices: Lead reliability-focused practices such as SLO design, failure analysis, load and capacity planning, service reviews, architecture designs, incident postmortems, and more
