- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner and collaborate with various Cloud stakeholders, including engineering, operations, security, and business teams. Facilitate and coordinate with external/internal auditors and key senior stakeholders across the enterprise.
- Process Development & Automation: Develop and implement processes around risk identification, assessment, and remediation. Establish plans and roadmaps that include automation, self-service enablement, and continuous improvement of risk management and audit readiness.
- Policy & Standard Development: Consult on and lead the implementation of cloud policy, standards, guidelines, and tools.
- Awareness & Training: Create and monitor awareness and training programs throughout the cloud organization to ensure proactive risk practices are maintained.
- Audit Engagement Management: Along with peer Sr. Managers, support and share the management of audit engagements end-to-end, including planning, scoping, kick-off, fieldwork, rebuttals, and drafting remediation plans.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with a focus on IT, Risk Management, or Compliance.
Experience: 5+ years in IT compliance, governance, assurance, or financial services industry.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in cloud compliance, risk management, or audit.
- Strong knowledge of Information Security standards and frameworks (NIST series, ISO 27000 series, CSA, etc.).
- In-depth experience with regulatory compliance programs (like OSFI, GDPR, FBA, FedRAMP/ FISMA, HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI, etc.) and audit procedures.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platforms.
- Strong project management, written, and verbal communication skills.
