Euronext is seeking a Sr Associate - Cloud Engineering to join their team in Bengaluru, India. This role involves deploying, managing, and supporting scalable systems, improving deployment mechanisms, and troubleshooting production issues. π» Primary Responsibilities
π§ System Deployment & Management
- Deploy, manage, and support scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems
- Improve automatic deployment mechanisms
- Determine areas for improvements to run the platform more efficiently/cost effectively
π System Troubleshooting & Analysis
- Understand the Commcise architecture and become involved in troubleshooting/analysis of the Commcise applications
- Answer security questionnaires from clients
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement new functionalities
π Product Analysis & Implementation
- Analyze product release notes, new functionalities, bug fixes, code improvements, breaking changes, etc.
- Escalate issues to relevant teams and coordinate resolution
- Investigate and implement new features and applications
- Implement infrastructure components (Monitoring, Logs Management, Consolidation tools, etc.)
- Continually improve processes with automation and documentation to remove key man dependencies
π Skills & Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional) would be an asset.
Experience: Proven experience (5-10 years) in cloud engineering, system administration, or a related role is required. Experience within a fast-paced, fast-growth Tech start-up environment is preferred.
