Release Management: Coordinate releases, support data lake releases, and dashboard changes. Contribute to mechanical testing of changes.
Event & Incident Management: Drive RCA contributions, incident command for P1/P2 incidents, and assess trend metrics like MTTA and MTTR.
Monitoring & Data Thresholds: Build and monitor dashboards, alerts, and contribute to deep integration with the QC framework. Ensure data status and workflow status for all data movements in all zones.
Ad-hoc Operations: Coordinate server maintenance, upgrade, application and server log management, disaster recovery, and security events.
