Experience: Proven experience in a similar role as a Technical Account Manager, Consultant, Solutions Architect, Platform Engineer, Systems Engineer, or Cloud Architect.
Required Skills:
- Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, IoT, etc.).
- Understanding of operational parameters and troubleshooting for four or more of the following: Compute, Storage, Networking, CDN, Databases, DevOps, Big Data and Analytics, Security, Architecture, Applications Development in a distributed systems environment.
- External customer-facing experience with the ability to clearly articulate to small and large audiences.
