- Lead the setup of FinOps governance for Digital Organizations and represent the Central FinOps team.

- FinOps Governance & Process Development: Design and implement FinOps framework, governance, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor cloud spending across all Sanofi Digital Units.
- Financial Reporting & Forecasting: Perform financial reporting and forecasts using financial systems and advanced Python and MS Excel functions. Work with large datasets and perform headcount reporting, planning, and forecasting.
- Cloud Cost Optimization: Monitor cloud consumption, detect cost anomalies, perform root cause analysis, and escalate anomalies to top management. Analyze and report cloud consumption across multiple cloud platforms and multiple Business Units using Cloud usage monitoring tools like Apptio Cloudability.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, Digital Units, Procurement, and Global Finance to define commitment discounts, evolve budgeting and forecasting processes, and provide financial analysis and guidance to calculate Unit Economics.
- Training & Knowledge Sharing: Create training material and conduct training on Cloud FinOps for various Sanofi teams. Serve as a FinOps ambassador throughout the organization.
