  • Independently prepare, review, implement, rollback, and test plans for change records, performing risk and impact analysis for changes and participating in Change Advisory Boards.
  • Apply patch and security changes per policy, proactively monitoring the environment for patch compliance and analyzing patches for compatibility with each customer or internal infrastructure environment.
  • Ensure Configuration Management Database (CMDB) entries are complete and accurate.

📚 Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent)

🕒 Experience

  • Minimum 6-7 years of experience in storage and backup administration support
  • Experience with Scality, DDN Storage, GPFS, or Luster storage technologies
  • Strong knowledge of object, block, and file storage technologies, with a good understanding of parallel and distributed file systems
  • Firmware and management experience on the mentioned storage technologies
  • Basic operating systems knowledge, including installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of RHEL/SUSE (as bare-metal OS and as VMs on hypervisors)
