  • Monitor the Infrastructure Service Provider (ISP) hosting equipment and services, consisting of computers (server), networks, storage, and backup & archive, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Answer and manage calls in a 24x7 monitoring center, providing prompt and professional responses to incidents and inquiries.
  • Monitor system dashboards for the status of services, create Incidents in the Incident Management system, and assign Incidents to the appropriate Tier-2/Tier-3 assignment groups.
  • Troubleshoot services to restore full Mission Capability and coordinate with other service providers when incidents span system boundaries.
  • Investigate and rectify procedural discrepancies and identify areas of process improvement.
