π Role Summary
- Responsible for monitoring and managing a Raytheon program's Infrastructure Service Provider (ISP) hosting equipment and services in a classified environment.
- Key responsibilities include monitoring system dashboards, creating incidents, troubleshooting services, and coordinating with other service providers.
- Must have an active TS/SCI with poly security clearance and an active DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 certification on start date.
π» Primary Responsibilities
- Monitor the Infrastructure Service Provider (ISP) hosting equipment and services, consisting of computers (server), networks, storage, and backup & archive, in a fast-paced environment.
- Answer and manage calls in a 24x7 monitoring center, providing prompt and professional responses to incidents and inquiries.
- Monitor system dashboards for the status of services, create Incidents in the Incident Management system, and assign Incidents to the appropriate Tier-2/Tier-3 assignment groups.
- Troubleshoot services to restore full Mission Capability and coordinate with other service providers when incidents span system boundaries.
- Investigate and rectify procedural discrepancies and identify areas of process improvement.

Education:
- Bachelorβs degree in a relevant field
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience in a technical operations environment
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Experience with virtual/cloud computing technologies such as Citrix, VMware, and Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Experience with storage products from Oracle, EMC, Dell, Isilon, NetApp
- Experience with Science Logic
Required Skills:
- Active TS/SCI with poly security clearance
