• Field Management: Manejar vehículo para el cumplimiento de las actividades diarias.
• Land Preparation: Ejecutar la preparación adecuada del terreno para el establecimiento de ensayos y experimentos con maquinaria disponible.
• Experiment Management: Ejecutar siembra de experimentos (revisión de cajas de siembra, calibración de los equipos del proceso y sembradoras experimentales)
• Pest Monitoring: Monitorear plagas y enfermedades en los experimentos. Programar las aplicaciones de agroquímicos y asegurar que las actividades se realicen bajo los estándares de seguridad establecidos por HSE.
• Irrigation Management: Dirigir las actividades de riego y fertiirrigación.
• Data Collection: Seguimiento de protocolos y ejecución de toma de datos.
• Harvesting: Cosechar los ensayos de manera manual y/o mecánica (cosechadora experimental) según se requiera.
• Resource Management: Solicitar con anticipación los recursos necesarios para cada actividad.
• Post-Harvest Activities: Ejecutar actividades de post-cosecha (secado de muestras, desgrane, peso y humedad).
• Project Management: Conocimiento de herramientas Lean, Six Sigma y One PSS.
• Team Management: Manejo de personal especializado y su capacitación en las actividades relacionadas a su rol.
• Electronic Device Management: Manejo de dispositivos electrónicos en el uso de aplicaciones para la correcta toma de datos en campo (Collect, Velocity, Reaper).
• Maintenance Management: Registro en bitácoras de mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos de maquinaria del área.
• Visual Material Generation: Generación de material visual para la transferencia de conocimiento.
