Chronic Issue Investigation & Analysis: Engage with equipment vendor TAC groups for support when warranted, investigate and mitigate network defects that do not have an apparent and immediate fix, and perform post-mortem analysis and RFO creation & distribution.
Service Assurance: Investigate and mitigate network defects that do not have an apparent and immediate fix, ensuring Skywire's network maintains high service levels and customer satisfaction.
Technical Control Advisory Board: Serve as a decision-making body responsible for evaluating and endorsing network modifications originating outside of the NOC, facilitating smooth transitions and minimizing disruptions.
Network Monitoring Tools & Automation: Maintain a working knowledge of network monitoring tools and automation to optimize network performance and efficiency.

🎓 Skills & Qualifications

Education: A BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent work experience.

Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in network operations, with a strong focus on Juniper devices and Juniper Networks technologies.
