💻 Primary Responsibilities

Network Operations & Management:
- Maintain knowledge of FCC rules and regulations to ensure safe and legal operation of network equipment.
- Oversee testing, inventory control, and documentation of procedures within the NOC and Tech Shop.
- Delegate and manage workflow, schedules, and shipping/receiving of RF Compliance Proof kits.
- Perform remote RF Proof of Performances and document results according to standards.
- Process, track, and maintain records of all RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations).

- Partner with and assign work to engineers (including contract engineers) in other cities and states.
- Provide team training and technical assistance as needed.

- Ensure all equipment operates safely and legally according to FCC rules and regulations.
