💻 Primary Responsibilities

  • Network Operations & Management:

    • Maintain knowledge of FCC rules and regulations to ensure safe and legal operation of network equipment.
    • Oversee testing, inventory control, and documentation of procedures within the NOC and Tech Shop.
    • Delegate and manage workflow, schedules, and shipping/receiving of RF Compliance Proof kits.
    • Perform remote RF Proof of Performances and document results according to standards.
    • Process, track, and maintain records of all RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations).
  • Team Management & Collaboration:

    • Partner with and assign work to engineers (including contract engineers) in other cities and states.

  • FCC Compliance & Reporting:
