💻 Primary Responsibilities
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert: Provide technical product advice and perform complex hardware and software design consultations for customer solutions.
- On-Site Activities: Configure switches and routers, firewalls, IDS, NMS, network integration with third-party components, testing and troubleshooting networks, performing system tests with reports as required, and optimizing existing networks.
- Pre-Sales Support: Provide technical support for RuggedCom and Scalance products.
- Technical Documentation: Generate technical collateral such as application notes and examples for reuse by others.
- Training: Develop and deliver training courses to customers and partners.
- Learning and Development: Implement a yearly learning and development plan focusing on technical skills and engineering soft skills.
