Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver first-time fixes and same-day solutions to customer and environmental problems
- Maintain the sewerage network to prevent sewage escapes and pollution

💻 Primary Responsibilities

Customer and Environmental Problem Resolution:
- Deliver first-time fixes and same-day solutions to customer and environmental problems
- Thoroughly investigate and resolve issues to prevent repeat customer contacts
- Support other operational teams with investigations into sewer asset problems

Sewerage Network Maintenance:
- Proactively and reactively maintain the sewerage network to prevent sewage escapes and pollution
- Ensure no repeats occur by implementing solutions and preventive measures
- Collaborate with other Yorkshire Water teams and contracted partners to resolve operational issues

Vehicle Operation and Flexible Working:
- Operate different vehicles to complete work, dependent on availability and task requirements
- Work flexible rotas, including a 4 on 4 off basis and out-of-hours standby after full training

Health and Safety Compliance:
- Ensure Health and Safety working practices and procedures are always complied with
- Demonstrate financial awareness and promote cost-effective resolution methods
- Report unsafe working practices to management and influence outcomes through decision-making
