💻 Primary Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management:
- Manage and motivate teams, including Incident Support Unit (ISU) Operatives, Emergency Support Teams (ERT) Operatives, and Recovery Operatives (Dartford Only).
- Carry out daily work briefings and debriefs to ensure clear communication and continuous improvement.
- Manage performance, absence, overtime, and annual leave requests.
- Support the growth and development of team members through feedback, training, and support.

Network Operations Supervision:
- Oversee the delivery of planned and reactive works, ensuring they are completed to a high standard, efficiently, and on time.
- Update the Maintenance Management System to capture relevant data of works activities.
- Ensure sufficient resources are in place to deliver all works activities.
- Support the development and implementation of Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and procedures (RAMS).
- Carry out litter surveys, gate stops, and safety tours.
- Raise Site Control Incidents (SCIs) as required.
- Attend incidents in the capacity of Bronze Command.
- Participate in the Winter Service rota.
- Stand in for the Depot Manager as required.
