- Procurement Support: Plan NOC enhancements and support the procurement process of NOC services and equipment.
- Incident Resolution: Ensure coordination of Tier 2 and Tier 3 support with co-located Network Integration teams and engineers.
- Risk Management: Manage risks and resolve issues that affect change scope, schedule, and quality.
- Operational Awareness: Participate in operational briefings and meetings to provide situational awareness and status for network monitoring, compliance, and liaison capability.
