💻 Primary Responsibilities

  • Vehicle Operation & Maintenance:

    • Operate mobile laboratory and company vehicles in accordance with Transportation Safety Procedure.
    • Maintain vehicles in good operating condition through regular checks and maintenance.
    • Ensure registration, inspection, and insurance are up-to-date.
    • Report vehicle-related issues and coordinate repairs with the immediate superior or designate.
  • Sampling & Record-keeping:

    • Conduct sampling in accordance with standard sampling procedure, Random Field-Testing Procedure, and Joint Circular No.001.2021.
    • Safely collect and transport field samples to the Fuel Testing Facility.
    • Ensure accurate record-keeping of sampling activities.
    • Prepare and submit Daily Travel Log or mobile application indicating mileage and purpose of trips.
  • Assistance & Compliance:

    • Assist Field Laboratory and Laboratory Analyst in Random Field Testing and QC testing.
    • Perform approved non-random field-testing related driving tasks.
    • Ensure compliance with Group and national policies, including maintenance of the Quality Management System.
