- Oversee and optimize routing, resource allocation, and delivery processes across the Dedicated Operations network.
- Maximize company utilization metrics, including Volume, Loaded Mile, Driver Utilization, On-Time Performance, and Cost per Mile.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to track operational performance, identify improvement areas, and implement corrective actions.

- Lead, mentor, and develop employees and their teams, creating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct bi-yearly performance reviews for all direct reports.

- Ensure contractual compliance for on-time service performance through efficient routing of Dedicated operations.
