π» Primary Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain business and industrial communication solutions to solve business problems and provide value to a wide variety of business functions.
- Participate in the design, implementation, and troubleshooting of the network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN/DC networks, CORE WAN, Wi-Fi LAN controllers, WAN acceleration, collaboration services, and dial plans.
- Analyze network security needs and design solutions that meet business requirements for protection, standardization, efficiency, scalability, supportability, and cost-effectiveness. Contribute to lifecycle activities.
- Provide level 3 support for escalations from Level 2 Ops and ITOC for LAN/WAN/DC networks and CORE WAN.

- Create technical design documentation and implementation/test plans and provide comprehensive tier-3 support for operational teams, including working with and coordinating vendors and service providers.
