- Lead the design and implementation of detailed infrastructure for manufacturing, ensuring harmony with existing standards/infrastructure while considering unique machinery/systems for the manufacturing site
- Effectively operate IT operations based on standardized environments, particularly for manufacturing sites, and support other IT infrastructure team workloads
- Manage software control and distribution, IT resource and system capacity, user requirements, incident management, change management, and IT infrastructure configuration management
- Manage system availability, problem management, backup modes, and risk analysis; prepare and update SLA based on business standards and needs
- Plan and manage IT system setup and maintenance according to company standards, manage external IT systems supported by internal shared services, and manage IT system and support usage instructions
- Manage IT system and support usage methods, select appropriate IT solutions to meet business needs, and manage IT security requirements (access restrictions, strong passwords, restricted use of unsafe data transfer protocols)
- Manage software licenses and maintenance contracts for the IT responsibility domain
Physical IT Infrastructure Management:
- Build redundant IT infrastructure according to company standards, support shared IT services, and external suppliers
- Ensure high availability of critical IT infrastructure (cabling, IT cooling systems, gas fire systems, UPS, LAN, Wi-Fi, service availability)
- Support high availability of external data transfer channels (internet, WAN, customer VPN connections)
- Manage LAN equipment for Japanese IT and headquarters IT support
- Monitor IT system availability and manage IT system maintenance contracts with trading partners (server room cooling systems, UPS battery replacement, server hardware, fire prevention systems)
- Manage IT system and spare part purchases and implement full lifecycle asset management ("planning" -> "purchasing" -> "usage" -> "disposal")
- Ensure hardware, software, and other group standards are applied, including security policies, software license management, and IT asset management
Data Management:
- Manage data backup according to company standards and monitor data storage availability and system capacity

MES Manufacturing Execution System Management:
- Provide high availability for MES IT infrastructure linked to manufacturing execution systems
- Implement MES backup modes in collaboration with MES users and vendors, manage MES incidents, and provide recurrence prevention strategies
