💻 Primary Responsibilities

🌐 Product Engineering & NPI

• New Product Introduction (NPI): Ensure all needed supply chain procedures, methods, bill of materials, and tests are in place to deliver new Hybrid Cloud products.
• Manufacturing Validation: Work with manufacturing teams to define, set up, and validate new Hybrid products during the NPI process.
• Issue Resolution: Triage and drive root cause/corrective action of issues during NPI programs or released product support.
• Quality Management: Establish program quality goals, track product quality during NPI and post-CTR, and drive needed quality improvement actions.
• Post-Release Support: Track key data/metrics and resolve issues impacting orders and product performance during the post-release phase.

• Manufacturing Verification Build: Create and implement the Manufacturing Verification Build plan for new product release.
• Project Support: Support multiple project teams of other engineers and internal and outsourced development partners responsible for all stages of design and development for complex products, solutions, and platforms, including design, validation, tooling, and testing.
• Innovation & Technology Integration: Support the implementation of innovation and integration of new technologies into projects and activities.
• Mentoring: Provide guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering

Experience:
