- Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action: Triage and drive root cause analysis of issues during NPI programs or released product support. Implement corrective actions to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
- Quality Management: Establish program quality goals, track product quality during NPI and post-CTR, and drive quality improvement actions as needed.
