💻 Primary Responsibilities
- Safety & Maintenance: Practice safe job practices, maintain equipment in optimal condition, and ensure safety standards are met
- Diagnosis & Repair: Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems using a high degree of independent judgment
- Technology Use: Use laptops and tablets comfortably to manage work orders, track service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues
- Training & Support: Assist in the training of lower-level technicians as needed and provide support to the team
- Documentation & Administration: Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed in a complete and timely manner

🎓 Skills & Qualifications
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; trade school certificate preferred
- Experience in field service, maintenance, and repair preferred
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Required Skills/Abilities
- Own tools applicable to the position
- Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
- Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams
