🚀 Role Summary

  • Install and maintain Hunter Communications' internet and other services in residential and business settings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure installations meet company standards.
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions and at heights up to 35 feet.

💻 Primary Responsibilities

  • Installation and Maintenance: Perform new installations, reconnects, upgrades, and disconnects for internet and phone services. Maintain and repair the network and customer services.
  • Height Work: Work off ladders, bucket trucks, and telephone poles at heights up to 35 feet. Climb communications towers up to 500 feet to support and maintain the wireless network.
  • Customer Service: Provide first-class customer service, including detailed customer education on all products.
  • Safety and Training: Complete safety training and adhere to all safety standards and policies. Assist in training new Field Technicians.
  • Team Collaboration: Work independently and as part of a team to maintain positive collaborative relationships and support each other's development.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Technical or vocational training in telecommunications or a related field preferred.

Experience:

  • Telecommunications experience preferred but not required.
