💻 Primary Responsibilities
🔧 System Installation, Repair, and Maintenance
- Install, repair, test, and handle the maintenance of projects as assigned, including fire alarm systems, sprinklers, extinguishers, back-flows, emergency lighting, and other critical protection systems.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of all work performed, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
📞 Customer Service and Communication
- Serve as the first point of contact with internal and external customers, addressing their needs and concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Schedule appointments, including service work orders, to ensure customers' needs are met and program goals are satisfied.
