🚀 Role Summary

• Drive pre-sales efforts and establish trusted advisor relationships with decision-makers in target accounts
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote Eaton technology content and approve solutions in Data Center segments
• Lead customer-facing technical interventions and meet Eaton revenue goals in Benelux and Nordics regions
• Participate in technical and standards committees, and support marketing functions in developing functional requirements

💻 Primary Responsibilities

• Pre-sales Process: Understand customer business, technical objectives, and project requirements to drive pre-sales efforts
• Solution Approval: Assist Sales Engineers in promoting and approving Data Center Solutions
• Customer Engagement: Understand customer pain points and actively engage them for technical needs
• Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, product management, commercial sales teams, and partners to engage strategic customers
• Risk Evaluation: Evaluate project/opportunity risk and constraints, and propose relevant solutions that meet performance requirements
• Technical Analysis: Analyze technology environment and assess customer project needs
• Content Creation: Present technical papers and create technical content for social media and marketing needs, such as case studies or technical notes
• Training & Development: Provide trainings for technology partners and value-added resellers, and develop prototype solutions to demonstrate Eaton solutions

🎓 Skills & Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, with a Master's degree being a plus

Experience:

• Extensive experience and solid technical knowledge of Data Center Solutions and designs

Required Skills:

• Self-driven personality and team player
• Strong communication skills: professional level of English, local and other languages are an advantage
• Proposals writing and other content creation
• Ability to translate deep technical discussions for non-technical stakeholders
• Structured approach to problem solving and performance monitoring
• Ability to work and travel within the EU region without any restriction
