π Role Summary
Neo Financial is seeking a strategic and operationally-focused Director to oversee their Cashback Network, a key differentiator for their card products and a powerful engine for customer engagement. π» Primary Responsibilities

Strategic Partner Success & Lifecycle Management:
- Own the entire partner lifecycle and growth strategy, from acquisition to onboarding, activation, and retention.
- Identify and unlock new opportunities and markets to significantly expand the network's offering and reach.

Network Operations:
- Manage day-to-day operations, including partner funding and offer configuration, using data and CRM systems to monitor network health and performance.

Partner Performance Marketing:
- Own the performance of marketing campaigns associated with network partners, driving and reporting on performance to the broader business and partners.

Internal Advocacy & Investment:
- Act as the lead advocate for the network within Neo, working closely with leadership, product, data, finance, and marketing teams to operate, advance, and champion the network.

Future Automation:
- Drive the long-term evolution of the network by identifying and implementing opportunities for automation to enhance efficiency and unlock scale, potentially including AI agents as part of the future-state operating model.

Data & Systems Management:
- Become the subject matter expert on internal platforms, including Salesforce for CRM and the internal account management platform ('Control Centre'), ensuring operational excellence and data integrity.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Identify emerging trends, partner needs, and growth opportunities within the rewards and loyalty space, becoming an expert on rewards marketplaces.
π Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with a strong academic record.
Experience: 8-10+ years of demonstrated success managing a large-scale B2C network or overseeing Customer Success, Account Management, or Partner Operations for a B2B SaaS company.
