π» Primary Responsibilities
π Platform Design & Development
- Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based infrastructures supporting HUB's suite of digital properties.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, technical leads, and other stakeholders to understand business, technical, and operational requirements.
- Ensure digital platforms align with company strategic goals and customer needs, practicing continuous improvement in standards, processes, designs, and tooling.
π οΈ Platform Operations & Support
- Manage the availability and performance of HUB's mission-critical suite of products and applications hosted within a cloud environment.
- Work closely with security and compliance teams to ensure digital platforms adhere to corporate policies, address vulnerabilities, and align with industry standards.
- Assist in or independently create robust, scalable, and high-quality automation solutions for infrastructure-defined software development.
- Connect digital platforms to various systems and services, identifying potential technical issues and assisting in engineering possible solutions.
- Define performance benchmarks and develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for environmental, application, and operational performance that align with business and program objectives.
π Security & Compliance
- Work closely with security and compliance teams to ensure digital platforms adhere to corporate policies, address vulnerabilities, and align with industry standards.
- Collaborate with the DevOps team to deliver a DevOps-enabled foundation that utilizes tools and processes to identify application issues rapidly and ensures ongoing production availability.
π Performance Optimization & Monitoring
- Monitor systems and application performance and system resource utilization to ensure the performance and reliability of mission-critical applications.
- Recommend approaches to address potential technical issues and to optimize availability and scalability.

- Collaborate with business and technology teams to understand needs and challenges, devising solutions that advance their business and technical goals.

π Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelorβs Degree (4-year degree) in technology or equivalent work experience
Experience: 7-10 years of relevant experience
Required Skills:
- Extensive experience with cloud infrastructure, particularly Azure and AWS
- Programming languages (PowerShell, Python, shell scripting)
- TCP/IP, DNS, CDN, HTTP, WAF, OAuth, SAML
- Cloud service, infrastructure orchestration, and automation tooling (OMS, AppInsights, Dynatrace, Splunk, Azure Runbooks, CloudFormation, Terraform, Azure Dev/Ops, etc.)
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, collaboration, prioritization, and adaptability
- Experience engaging with executive and business stakeholders
- Time management and ability to support multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities
