  • Deployment Issue Resolution: Resolve any deployment issues (cabinets/cages) where physical deployment differs from virtual records.

  • DQM Issue Resolution: Work to resolve any complex DQM issues, and create USID and associated inventory objects.

  • Regional Collaboration: May work with regional peers and AP project team on to fulfil any capacity or customer-related obligations.

  • General Query Resolution: Answer general inventory/infrastructure related questions for stakeholders or escalates to senior team members, including requests coming in centrally from our Hub Queue that falls out of scope for different teams.
