💻 Primary Responsibilities

Site Management & Maintenance:
- Monitor, maintain, and operate all on-site mission-critical equipment within Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Emergency Operating Procedures (EOP) functionality
- Manage and execute standard Method of Procedures (MOP)
- Support regional management in implementing and managing the Preventative Maintenance program

- Identify and resolve incidents and problems, ensuring high priority incidents are addressed within 1 hour
- Participate in on-call rotation to cover evening and weekend incidents

- Effectively manage, supervise, and evaluate contract technical labor team
- Maintain ongoing communications with tenants and vendors

Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and protective equipment utilization
- Maintain compliance with applicable codes, requisitions, government agencies, and EdgeConneX directives related to building operations
🎓 Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Relevant military experience may be considered.
Experience: 10+ years of operations in a mission-critical environment, with a focus on data centers and power systems.
