The Chief, Data Center Critical Facilities is responsible for leading and managing the engineering team to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of data center facilities. 💻 Primary Responsibilities

  • 🔒 Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations, and implement safety procedures.

  • Experience: Seven to ten years of JLL engineering experience or equivalent industry experience, with three to five years of supervisory experience.
  • Technical Proficiency: Thorough knowledge of building HVAC, electrical, plumbing, automation, and life safety/fire protection systems.
  • Leadership & Communication: Demonstration of leadership ability, presentation capabilities, and organization skills.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English.

💰 Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $97,000 - $142,000 per year, dependent upon candidates' skills and experience.
