💻 Primary Responsibilities

Long-term Capacity Planning & Mapping:
- Assess and plan capacity for existing supply chain parts based on 3 years LTP.
- Action Planning for Capacity Shortfall mitigation for BIW Domain (Weld Lines/Press Capacity).
- Enable creation of required infrastructure at supplier end to meet demand through partnering with SSU/CDMM/PD/SCM monitoring at suppliers end.
- Ensure kick-off part development with close monitoring till SOP.

SSU / SCM / SQE Vulnerable Supplier Alternatives:
- Identify and address vulnerable suppliers in the supply chain.

New Projects C/O Parts Capacity Mapping:
- Map capacity for new projects across platforms and commodities.

Short-term Capacity Planning & Challenges Mitigation:
- Identify short-term challenges with the supply chain.
- Enhance capacity on current parts.
- Address quality-related supply issues (alternate sourcing / FTG corrections with current suppliers).
- Ensure kick-off part development with close monitoring till SOP.

High-risk Projects Monitoring:
- Ensure close monitoring of high-risk projects requiring sharp ramp-up to meet business demands.
- Drive capacity augmentation, part availability with supply chain & SSU to ensure ramp-up for BIW Parts (Weld Lines/Press Capacity).

Supply Chain De-risking:
- Identify risk in the supply chain.
- Work with SSU to identify alternate sources.
- Create Capex budgets in line with the same.
- Enable VOBs and kick-off capacity creation for BIW Parts (Weld Lines/Press Capacity).

- Drive simplicity and efficiency through Digital Capacity Planning and monitoring (Implementation Capacity Planning tool) - BIW Parts (Weld Lines/Press Capacity).

Education: B. Tech / BE degree, preferably with an MBA.
Experience: 4 to 7 years of experience in relevant fields.
