💻 Primary Responsibilities

Regulatory & Documentation:
- Analyze technical documentation (AD, SB, SL, STCs, Repairs) in accordance with applicable regulation.
- Maintain accurate records of modifications, inspections, and repairs; ensure traceability and audit readiness.
- Create, monitor, and update Aircraft Maintenance Programs and Operator Maintenance Programs.
- Define and control the configuration status for ATA chapters under the engineer's responsibility.
Technical Support:
- Provide trouble-shooting support for the Maintenance Control Centre (MCC).
- Offer specialized support to MRO during scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities performed on Jetfly's fleet.
- Act as the focal point for all technical queries raised by Jetfly to our OEM.
- Acceptance of work scopes during repairs at internal/external repair stations.
Fleet Optimization:
- Play a key role in enhancing fleet reliability by actively collaborating within the CAMO organization and OEMs on strategic improvement initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for complex projects, including aircraft phase-in/phase-out, aging fleet initiatives, and reliability-focused campaigns.
Project & Financial Oversight:
- Assess the financial, risk, and implementation feasibility of different technical solutions and recommend to the management.
- Support procurement and contract negotiations, focusing on cost optimization.
- Take an active part in the continuous improvement process within Jetfly and maintain a high level of technical awareness within the assigned area of responsibility.
- Introduce and develop new procedures, processes, and tools for the area of responsibility.
