Had to roll back the content module, the new version would not update properly and would no longer show content (which is why I do backups before any updates).
The other modules updated fine. The site seems to be working well.
The new version of piCal has a common folder with some type of java script calenders included. I was not sure how to use it (was not in the documentation) so I did not upload. I will research this to see if it is a valuable feature.

Email issue will require testing, problably 3 to 4 hours. An hour testing, time to comb logs and track down problem, then test the fix. Would need root access to server using secure shell, as well as control panel access.
There is a new replacement for evennews. The only problem is that it is not a free module. Let me know and I will get the information to you. It is called SimpleNewsletter.
Client, the f-ing City of LA, is having issues paying, so anything we do here is to be considered prep to update/upgrade other sites in portfolio and any new builds, you probably noticed that there's set of modules that get used repeatedly.
The hard links issue; Only in IE, works as expected in Firefox.
Not crazy about going to 2.3 unless it's as stable as 2.0.18.1 and can be supported, will consider on your advisement.

The others are secondary in importance, but will be useful to have best of.
Give me an hourly estimate to get all that done so I can schedule them in increments I can afford (another job may start this week).

Seems to be some problems with theme hard links. Instead of the proper http://hsdnc.org/ they seem to be coded as http://hsdnc.able4.com/ in the theme. Click on one of these links and you are instantly logged out.
