update to 2.3 + update cbb with Poll
Upgraded xoops 2.0.18.1 to 2.3.2b, upgraded cbb from 2.0.2 to 3.0.8 added xoopspoll module, tested it with cbb and it works as expected.
Only extras was generating a few templates in the templates admin.
Total time 2 hours. I am getting better with 2.3 or they are fixing bugs in 2.3 or both. ;)
